Yes. Street Program merchandise is produced specifically after an order is placed. This helps us release original designs without creating unnecessary inventory.

Production normally takes approximately 1–6 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during busy periods or major releases.

Shipping time depends on the destination, selected shipping method and fulfillment location. The estimated shipping time and price will be displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Customers can also use the Order Tracking page with their order information.

Contact Street Program immediately. Because products enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.

Use the size guide displayed on each product page. Customers should review the measurements carefully because every item is produced specifically for their order.

Because Street Program products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for selecting the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Contact Street Program within seven days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Machine wash cold and inside out with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design and do not dry clean.

Yes. Products may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. Separate tracking information will be provided when applicable.
