Shipping Policy

Made to order
Every product is made to order. We do not keep a large inventory of finished goods. Once an order is placed, it enters the production queue with our production partner,Tapstitch.
Production time
Production normally takes approximately Usually 1–6 business days. Production time and shipping time are separate. Orders may take longer during busy periods, major releases or holidays.
Shipping estimates
Shipping prices and estimates are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, selected shipping method, fulfillment location and carrier operations.
Delays
Delays may occur because of holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions or incorrect addresses. Street Program is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has shipped.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs office.
Separate packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations. Separate tracking information will be provided when applicable.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed when available. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should contact Street Program for assistance.
